Rising From the Darkness
I’m a mother, a survivor, and a woman in recovery. There was a time when addiction had taken everything from me — my peace, my purpose, and nearly my life. But through the grace of recovery, community, and love, I found my way back.
Rising Star Recovery was born out of that journey — not from perfection, but from the daily practice of healing. I know firsthand how heavy the burden of addiction can be, and how lost both individuals and families can feel when they’re caught in its shadow. But I also know this: healing is possible. With compassion, guidance, and support, we can rise — one day, one choice, one step at a time.
